Life is tricky. Sometimes it shows up in unexpected or unwanted ways. We get to choose how to walk through it. Struggles, confusion, disappointments, and pain are indeed part of life on life's terms. Together we can move forward. I believe practicing mindfulness and positive communication is necessary for finding solutions. I am a trained EMDR clinician and am influenced by existential and choice theories - meaning focusing on the whole individual and the choices that shape our lives. I believe in the pursuit of awareness, connection, discovering what is essential, and practice.
